This past week Jim and Amy had planned a trip to Colorado to see Carrie's family and visit Rocky Mountain National Park. There was flooding from lots of rain and the Park and the roads were closed so we took a road trip of 1250 miles that started on Monday with two nights at Wolf Creek, near Huntsville, Utah and then Wednesday visiting Sarah on our way to West Yellowstone, Montana. We stayed two nights and visited Yellowstone, including Bear Tooth Pass, and then stayed at Signal Mountain Lodge Friday night before visiting Grandma in Jackson and returning home.
Tuesday we took an eleven mile hike near Snow Basin Ski Resort. The leaves are a little late this year and not as brilliant as last year, but they are starting to change and we had a beautiful day.
Which way did they go?
This reminded me of the trail crew
in Greys River (Brandt and Lanny).
