Thursday we drove from West Yellowstone to Red Lodge, Montana and back. This was a beautiful drive.
These are Pilot and Index Peaks.
The road over Bear Tooth Pass was amazing.
It goes to nearly 11,000 feet and is way above
the tree line and looked like the tundra.
It had been closed the day before because of the snow.
That little spire in the middle was called Bear Tooth.
