Amy and Jim traveled to Monterey, California
to attend an Optometry meeting. We enjoyed
a little free time between the meetings. We also
took advantage of the opportunity of spending
the weekend with Rosie and Neil and their family.
The rental car company was a little short on cars,
so we got stuck with this Mustang convertible.
Wednesday we drove down around the Pebble Beach
Golf Course and enjoyed the fresh air and beautiful views.

Thursday we rented bikes and rode along the coast.
Friday we drove down the coast on Highway 1
for about seventy miles.
Watched the Elephant Seals for awhile.
It's a little early in the season for the dramatic
fights like we saw when we were there for
Rosie and Neil's wedding, but the young
bucks were doing a little sparing.
Enjoyed the sunset as we drove back up the coast.
Saturday we drove north to Santa Cruz
before heading to Rosie and Neil's.
